Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using this app, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. This app is designed to facilitate automation between your Shopify store and your monday.com account.
Use of Data
You acknowledge that the app will access certain Shopify store data and monday.com account information to execute workflows. You represent that you have the necessary permissions to authorize this access.
Account Audit Trail
To maintain accountability, the app records the name and account ID of the monday.com user performing actions. This information is visible within the Shopify-facing interface for audit purposes.
User Communication
We reserve the right to contact app installers for onboarding, troubleshooting, and support-related purposes. We will not sell your contact information to third parties.
Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is." While we utilize monday code for secure hosting, we are not responsible for disruptions caused by the underlying Shopify or monday.com platforms.
Termination
You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the app. All access to your Shopify data will be revoked immediately upon uninstallation.
